The network is the backbone of Studenten voor Morgen. The network gives Studenten voor Morgen the legitimacy and strength to organise events such as the SustainaBul and the Sustainable Introduction Stunt (Duurzame Introductie Stunt, DIS) and turn them into a success year after year. The network consists of members, the Committee of Recommendation and our partner organisations. Another important key function for Studenten voor Morgen is the cooperation Leren voor Morgen (Learning for Tomorrow).
Our members are the center of our focus; additionally Morgen plays an important role for our member organisations. Over 35 local student organizations in 15 cities have joined Morgen (see the map here) and serves as a platform for exchanging best practices and lessons learned. Challenges arising in one city have usually been faced previously in another city. Often we find that solutions are already available to be applied elsewhere. Many of the members are Green Offices. The board member Student Network and the Green Office Coordinator collaborate to facilitate and achieve the best possible collaboration for these organisations and also provide support where possible. They also collaborate to establish projects with various members that cover more than one city aiming to leverage each other’s impact. This way, the network creates more additional value than just the sum of collaboration. Additionally, Studenten voor Morgen also serves as a link between international networks, such as YES-Europe and local organisations. We, as a national network organisation, bring together international organisations looking for excelling people that would like to take the next step for and with each other. This way, we can provide new and more opportunities for our members! If you would like to become a member or get more information, please send an email firstname.lastname@example.org.
